Learner-centred Training:- We believe that education is an on-going process and should be learner-centred. We therefore provide a learning framework that engrains a habit of life-long learning in our programmes. To this end we use the following cycle:
Registration > Preparation > Attendance/Performance-Review > Follow-up > Evaluation
Our courses will not just encourage attendance but enforce practical performance with follow-up programmes in the workplace. Our courses ensure the right balance between theory and practice, using case studies and real examples to ensure that theory is translated into implementation of practical skills. We use games, computers, audio-visual and interactive media whenever possible.
Our courses are followed by evaluation, to assess skills and knowledge transferred on both a short-term and a long-term basis. For us, the evaluation records constitute a means of assessing the satisfaction of our customers and evaluation of the effectiveness of our learning programmes and of our facilitators/trainers.
